Line Maintenance Representative

All you need to know about this position

• Provide support on technical aspects

• Assist the Production Manager and MCC supervisor in maintenance tasks at the Madrid base

• Coordinate and manage maintenance events in Madrid that are required by the planning of the works

• Assist & coordinate AOG situations

• Carry out technical support and reporting actions for Troubleshooting issues

• Provide crews and maintenance technicians support on the daily operation

• Coordinate and act as interlocutor between the contracted maintenance centers and the Palma de Mallorca MCC

• Assist the Engineering Department in specific requests and operational requirements

• Manage the documentation generated by the maintenance centers and control the records

• Coordinate and transmit crew reports

• Assist the production manager in contracted or unforeseen maintenance events of the fleet's aircraft

Minimum qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Airbus A330 and A350 type aircraft. Certifications will be valued and required in each case

• Knowledge of OASES or airline MIS will be valued

• Desirable minimum 8 years of experience in an airline maintenance department, or 5 years as a field rep

• Deep knowledge of the functions described and technical knowledge of the aircraft

• Knowledge and management of maintenance manuals from manufacturers such as AMM/CMM/IPC/MEL

• Excel expert user

• Ability to work and understand technicians and able to negotiate and deal with the subcontracted part 145

• Ability to work under pressure and displacements

• Ability to travel for technical aspects and specific projects

• B2/C1 fluent English speaking & writing

• Advanced level of English, ability to hold technical conversations

• Previous experience at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is an asset
